What will you do every day?

As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and delivering care bots for the Reliance Retail and Jiomart accounts. This role demands strong multitasking abilities, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal and external teams to deliver impactful solutions powered by conversational AI.

Your daily responsibilities will include conducting scrums, managing client calls, unblocking project teams, and developing conversational designs and workflows. You will also measure the performance of deployed bots while ensuring stakeholder alignment and maintaining clear communication across all channels. Managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously will make each day dynamic and engaging.

Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?

We’re looking for an experienced and driven individual with a proven track record in project or product management, preferably in consumer-facing products. The ideal candidate will:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to refine proposals for prospective clients.

  • Design conversational solutions that align with business goals while ensuring an exceptional user experience.

  • Proactively engage with clients to unblock internal teams, from requirement gathering to dependency closure.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Champion effective communication by providing regular updates on project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

  • Lead scrums and sprints while providing clear direction to development teams on project scope.

  • Partner with the Customer Success team to drive continuous improvements in chatbot performance.

  • Plan development roadmaps for enterprise projects and provide insights to platform owners for ongoing enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Product or Project Manager, preferably with consumer-facing products.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any field.

  • Strong understanding of the consumer internet ecosystem; experience in the Chatbot/AI domain is a plus.

  • Proficiency in project/program management tools like Jira, along with strong skills in Excel and Word.

  • Excellent project/program management skills, including stakeholder coordination, task prioritization, and timeline management.

  • High-level understanding of tech platforms, including Android, iOS, Web, and Voice.

  • Prior experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial ventures.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
