Job Description

As a Program Coordinator at Eventide, you will oversee and manage AI-driven services that revolutionize how organizations capture and analyze data, with a focus on public safety. Our AI initiative is geared toward optimizing the data collected for 911 agencies, enhancing emergency response. You will drive strategic initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with go-to-market strategies. Your work will span technical and management functions, involving everything from process creation to product delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and integration of AI services across our recording and analytics platforms, with a focus on public safety and 911 agencies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product features, establish processes, and manage project timelines.
• Create and implement procedures that drive efficient, scalable AI services while maintaining alignment with business goals.
• Manage and deliver on go-to-market strategies for new AI-driven products focused on emergency dispatch and 911 call handling.
• Demonstrate technical mastery by managing and optimizing complex computer systems, such as cloud platforms or enterprise software systems, ensuring the smooth operation and integration of AI solutions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are met and building strong relationships.
• Write detailed documentation and guidelines, and communicate complex ideas in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain regular reporting on project progress, risks, and key metrics to stakeholders.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program management or project coordination, particularly in tech-focused environments.
• Prolific writing skills with experience in documenting processes, reports, and go-to-market strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and refine procedures for product development and deployment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical teams and non-technical customers.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and manage customer relationships.
• Familiarity with managing complex computer systems, including cloud platforms or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience managing AI services, or at minimum, enthusiasm and a proven aptitude for learning and working with AI-driven solutions.
• Understanding of dispatching and 911 call handling is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.
