Job Description:

We requires consultancy services to deliver on-going support and administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID and other related messaging and collaboration systems in the enterprise environments. 

The consultant will work under the supervision of the Productivity and Collaboration Services Lead.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implementation, administration and maintenance of M365 services in our partners operations, under Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and related services.
  • Responsible for implementing, managing and maintaining standard configurations, monitoring and analysis tools, as well as assisting with the solution of the problems related to UNICC or UNICC partners as a part of the incident management process. 
  • Design, final testing and deployment of messaging and collaboration solutions and related systems as well as all related technical documentation as part of release management process.
  • Analyzing the technical needs of customers, end-users and stakeholders while helping identify technical problems and propose solutions as a part of problem management process. 
  • Resolve incidents, implement and participate to problem resolutions;
  • Collaborate with other teams to implement service and system monitoring, alerting and reporting of the Messaging and Collaboration services;
  • Collaborate with other teams to define and develop documented procedures;
  • The standard workday is 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday) with the possibility of overtime to cover weekends, holidays and possible coverage out of business hours when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing, operating, and maintaining a large, multi-site and complex messaging infrastructure based on Microsoft Exchange.
  • At least one year of experience working with customers on the Cloud and M365 specific solutions and deployments. 
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience as global administrator for Microsoft 365 tenant
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019/Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint
  • Online, OneDrive for Business, Yammer and others.
  • Very good knowledge in scripting, in particular PowerShell scripting and MS Graph to automate processes in MS Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and other M365 components.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Active Directory / Azure Identity in a complex environment (Azure Active Directory, AAD B2B/B2C, Azure Information Protection, MFA, application registration, etc.).
  • Exposure in migration projects from on-premises systems to Microsoft 365 and/or tenant to tenant migration and related integration features.
  • Knowledge of SMTP Relay, Message Hygiene related technologies (such as DMARC, EOP, ATP/Defender)
  • Compliance (DLP, Purview, eDiscovery)
  • Journaling and Archiving (Enterprise Vault or M365 archiving)
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both written and verbal).
  • Exposure in Information Security Management System (ISMS: ISO 27001), ITIL framework and other industry standard related best practices.
  • Good understanding of Management and Monitoring tools such as SCOM.
  • Desirable knowledge on managing Google Workspace Services
    Desirable knowledge on administering SharePoint Server
