We're looking for a flexible and self-driven Product Specialist /Solutions Engineer to join our team with a focus on the support of pre-sale demos of CoCounsel and CoCounsel Drafting in addition to Westlaw Precision.

Additional responsibilities may include support of specialty products. Specialists ensure proper onboarding, growth, retention, and customer satisfaction of our suite of legal drafting products, Document Intelligence, Drafting Assistant, Practical Law Clause Finder, and HighQ. Support focus may be adjusted based on new product releases and business needs.

You'll leverage your legal expertise in these products to provide effective pre-sale and post-sale support, deliver needs-based training, and guide customers in integrating the products into their workflows. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction and product adoption.

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Product Specialist, you will:

  • Support customers at all points in the customer lifecycle including pre-sale, rollouts and mid-contract upgrades

  • Drive product adoption and revenue retention through needs-based training and guidance

  • Design trainings targeted to the user level (paralegal, attorney, support)

  • Respond to incoming customer requests in a timely and effective manner

  • Stay up to date with product releases and changes to ensure accurate and current guidance

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs and challenges

  • Proactively reach out to customers to drive ongoing engagement and satisfaction

  • Meet or exceed designated activity goals while driving revenue growth of assigned products

  • Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and product focus areas

  • Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention

About You:

You are a fit for the role of Product Specialist if you have:

  • JD (Juris Doctor) Required

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the legal technology industry

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product training and demonstrations.

  • Credible, engaging presentation skill in delivery of training via remote training technology

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

  • Familiarity with Thomson Reuters Drafting Assistant, Document Intelligence, and/or CoCounsel is a plus

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and product focus areas

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to drive customer success

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing accurate and up-to-date guidance

  • Experience tracking and reporting on key performance indicators

  • Experienced with remote training technology not limited to MS Teams, WebEx, Webcast, remote access

  • Ability to travel to customer locations if needed

  • Strong telephone and in-person communication and presentation skills

The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
