Summary of Position:

As a Product Quality Analyst - Lab Operations for Home Internet Gateways you will be responsible for maintaining our lab environment supporting longevity and automation testing for Home Internet gateway hardware.

Essential Functions:

•    Manage a small fleet of production test gateways across various configurations

•    Ensure stability and consistency for ongoing validation efforts

•    Hardware set up and firmware configuration

•    Monitor the testing environment

•    Coordinate with hardware and app teams to provision test accounts

•    Support evolving product initiatives across multiple test environments

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs.  Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.  The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.  The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.  Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine and printer.  Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science    

2+ years of experience as a Product Quality Analyst

Qualifications:

•    A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field 

•    Proven experience as a Product Quality Analyst or similar role

•    Knowledge of quality assurance and testing tools and procedures

•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

•    Excellent problem-solving skills

•    Ability to work collaboratively with a team

•    Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
