Join us to bring customer experience to a new age.How You Will Make An Impact In This RoleAs a Product Owner in Gen AI Enterprise Customer Ops, you will have the decision-making and prioritization authority to drive a particular workstream, under the leadership of a Product Manager. You will solve impactful problems in the financial sector in Vietnam and other Trusting Social markets.You will be at the cutting edge of technology & creating innovative, transformative solutions that make banking more accessible, affordable, and personalized for every customer. If you're genuinely passionate about building world-changing products and never settling for second place, join us on a journey of discovery to solve problems and deliver excellence.ResponsibilitiesOwn the roadmap for your workstream, you are responsible for the success and impact that your workstream bring to our client & the product as a wholeDiscover insights, specify solutions and improvements, monitor progress for your workstream.Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features that will add value to clients in the banking and finance sector.Translate product requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams.Ensure that the product meets the highest standards of quality and performance in your workstream.Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and engineers to ensure successful product delivery.Monitor and analyze market trends and emerging technologies to provide insights on potential new features and enhancements.Continuously improve the product backlog and prioritize user stories to align with company strategy.Create and maintain product documentation to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.Requirements RequiredAbility to zoom in - analyzing a problem, pain point in depth; and zoom out - maintaining a clear picture of business impact, constraints, dependencies of all features & problems to effectively prioritize and ensure overall success.Go to the bottom of things, problems, metrics to derive key drivers.
