The Data, Analytics & AI Division is in charge to transform BCR in a data driven organization being responsible for end-to-end delivery of AI, BI & Advanced analytics solutions, data governance and quality. We combine business and technical knowledge at the same time, and we coordinate and define data strategy for the entire organization.

We are looking for a Product Owner to take charge of the Regulatory Data Hub vision, initiatives, roadmap and its excellent implementation team, in order to maximize the product value and features.

How you will contribute

• with them. Understand their business needs and use your expertise to identify the added value it brings to your data product;
• Clearly define and communicate the Product Goal;
• Lead the team to define and execute the product roadmap and maintain visibility and transparency throughout the process;
• Create and manage the product backlog and prioritize the product features based on the added value and regulatory constraints. Add or reject the change requirements that doesn’t fit the product vision and goals;
• Oversee the product throughout the entire development cycle being an active player through each of the development events, including planning, refinements, product reviews, and team retrospectives;
• Monitor the progress of your product objectives using status reports and analytics in order to prevent and/or mitigate issues that may affect the product key results which you are accountable for;
• Build trust and transparency by ensuring visibility of the team’s work or any impediments that might affect the progress towards your product goals; work together with the team and your stakeholders to make your product shine;
• Be a leader, a role model, a flag carrier and a shield for your implementation team, protect them from unnecessary noise or pressure and let them focus on the necessary activities.

What will help you be successful

• Good knowledge regarding banking products and processes. Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking;
• Good knowledge of Data Management and Data Warehouse software development implementation flow. Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a collaborative environment, delivering data frameworks and BI solutions;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in delivering complex projects in agile frameworks;
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills;
• Team player with leadership skills and great talent for motivating people and make them work on a common purpose.
