About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Product Specialist to join our team, focusing on the integration and advancement of AI within Microsoft 365 (M365). This role is key to driving product adoption, development and evolution, ensuring that our AI capabilities meet and exceed business needs while enhancing the user experience.

What you'll do here: 

AI integration and development:

• Lead the integration of AI technologies within M365, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance AI-based features and capabilities.

Product adoption and evolution:

• Drive adoption of AI features within M365 by creating and implementing strategic plans.

• Monitor and analyze user feedback to continuously improve and evolve AI functionality.

Roadmap and content creation:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap outlining the future direction and milestones for AI integration in M365.

• Produce high-quality content, including user guides, tutorials and marketing materials, to educate and engage the user audience.

Customer-centric approach:

• Liaise between technology and business teams to ensure that AI solutions are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

• Provide outstanding customer support and gather insights to refine AI functionality and improve user satisfaction.

What you bring to the table: 

• Proven experience in product management or a related field, with a focus on AI technologies.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and its ecosystem.

• Excellent communication and content creation skills.

• Ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps.

• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving the user experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Bilingual (French and English): Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country. 

• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
