AI Product Marketing, Senior
Epicor Product Marketing drives our go-to-market programs and creates compelling positioning and marketing content for the make, move, and sell industries. We are innovating around AI and ML to enhance our portfolio with AI capabilities. Our approach to AI is to deliver practical use cases and solutions that enhance business outcomes for our customers. We are looking for a Product Marketer who is go-to-market savvy to develop awesome marketing assets (e.g., website, videos, success stories, blogs, presentations, print collateral, sales enablement tools, etc.) to spread the word on how Epicor AI can make a difference for empowering our customers.
This Product Marketing role will lead outbound marketing for the Epicor AI portfolio – this includes the Grow AI products as well as the promotion of AI/ML features embedded across the Epicor portfolio. You will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy to drive promotion of our AI and cognitive ERP vision, adoption of AI products and feature, create differentiated messaging and positioning and work to ensure sales, partners, and wider Epicor can tell our AI story. You will work closely with the product team, the sales team as well as the wider marketing organization to build and execute on the plan.
You will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing
What you will be doing:
Own the marketing GTM strategy and planning for the Grow AI portfolio and promotion of AI capabilities across the portfolio
Drive customer facing and sales facing messaging and positioning for AI across the Epicor portfolio
Build essential content and collateral for key channels to drive and support demand generation campaigns
Develop compelling and easy-to-understand product content for Sales and Presales including sales training on product, positioning, competitive analyses, FAQs, and sales playbooks
Create an always-on go-to-market plan, and pilot new programs with a strong focus on winning mindshare to increase demand ($ sales pipeline) and product adoption (usage)
Build a strong and collaborative partnership with our industry product marketing leads as well as the product team to create a regular rhythm of landing new content, product updates and selling materials to our sales and partner teams
Build an effective digital presence across the Epicor portfolio highlighting AI innovation and capabilities
Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences
Create and execute the go-to-market plans for product launches and releases.
What you will likely bring:
5+ years of product marketing experience in an enterprise software company
Experience with AI/ machine learning technologies
Strong understanding of the AI developers (e.g. data scientists, ML engineers) and experience in building relevant content for them
Portfolio of impactful marketing content, sales enablement materials and always-on GTM with proven results across the marketing funnel
Experience presenting at conferences and customer engagements

Range:
Minimum: $80,000.00 USD Maximum: $180,000.00 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation.
