Your Role and Responsibilities
  • AI Product Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy for the Order Management Suite, focusing on Generative AI and Predictive AI technologies that align with business objectives and customer needs. Own and manage the AI product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that leverage Generative and Predictive AI to improve user experiences, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to translate AI concepts into actionable product features. Ensure alignment across teams to deliver AI-driven solutions on time and within scope.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitor offerings. Use insights to refine AI product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their pain points and requirements related to AI-driven functionalities in Order Management Systems. Use feedback to inform product development and prioritize AI features that deliver the most value.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance on the implementation of AI models, algorithms, and technologies within the Order Management Suite. Work with engineering and data science teams to ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI-driven features. Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve AI functionalities over time.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate AI product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executives, sales, and customer success teams. Ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure AI initiatives adhere to ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices. Advocate for transparency and explainability in AI decision-making processes.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years experience in Order Management either as a practitioner or deploying technology
  • Strong understanding in Generative AI, Predictive AI, machine learning, and data science concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
  • Effective organizational and problem solving skills
  • Experience writing detailed requirements


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 4+ years product management experience
  • Experience as a OMS user, administrator, or application developer
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and hybrid topologies is a plus
  • Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies.
