About the  Role:

We're looking for a Product Manager who gets energized by shaping the future of AI and building products with real impact. As part of our global team, you'll lead the evolution of our AI annotation platform, where computer vision meets generative AI to solve fascinating real-world challenges.

In this role, you'll pioneer the expansion of our generative AI annotation capabilities, crafting seamless integrations that elevate our proven solutions to new heights. Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate on product strategy for the GenAI platform, with focus on enhancing data annotation and integration into the Sama Platform.
  • Drive successful onboarding and adoption for initial beta customers, working closely with them to refine the platform's GenAI capabilities and establish best practices for future deployments.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and service delivery teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly annotation solutions and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Lead end-to-end product development from ideation and scoping through development and launch.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal user feedback to actively shape product strategy and validate platform decisions based on the latest industry advancements.
  • Define and track key metrics for platform adoption, reliability, and effectiveness, driving continuous improvement and ensuring product effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine the product and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications and presentations to communicate product capabilities and strategy to stakeholders.

MInimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of product management experience.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to engage in technical discussions.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage competing demands, and excel in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, including strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI/ML technologies and their applications.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience developing AI-powered products.
  • Background in user experience design and research.
  • Familiarity with talent tech or HR tech products.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.
  • Knowledge of computer vision or natural language processing technologies.
  • Exhibits strong situational adaptability by proactively navigating organizational changes, aligning priorities to evolving business needs.
