About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager – AI for Process Evangelist to spearhead the go-to-market strategy for our "AI for Process" platform – an AI agent solution revolutionizing process automation across enterprise markets. This pivotal role bridges our product development and the market, championing our AI process automation capabilities to customers, partners, and sales teams. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical acumen in AI-driven automation and a strategic sales perspective, enabling effective communication of complex product value to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Market Engagement:
· Serve as a product evangelist, engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams.
· Collaborate with product leadership to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our AI-powered process automation solutions.
· Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs within the process automation domain.
· Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings to build awareness and drive product adoption.
2. Sales & Partner Enablement:
· Provide sales engineering support for complex sales opportunities, including technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept initiatives, and solution design.
· Develop compelling product collateral, demos, and presentations tailored for sales teams and partners.
· Cultivate strategic alliances with hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft) and system integrators to expand our market reach.
· Conduct training and enablement programs for partners on our AI for Process solution to foster channel sales growth.
3. Product Development & Enhancement:
· Gather and analyze market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
· Translate customer and partner requirements into clear and actionable specifications for R&D teams.
· Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure the successful go-to-market launch of new features and enhancements.
· Develop specific use cases and articulate value propositions for key industry verticals, including government and regulated sectors.
4. Market Expansion:
· Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for our AI Agent-driven process automation solutions.
· Formulate and execute strategies to penetrate the government sector through both direct sales efforts and strategic partnerships.
· Drive the adoption of our process automation capabilities within our existing customer base.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for key industry segments.

Educational Requirements:
Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $200,000 - $230,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
