Driving the product vision, strategy and development within the product domain Data & AI Services based on an active inquiry of customer needs. Driving the development and management of product roadmap based on the product vision and strategy. Providing leadership to roles in the product domain, e.g. Product Owner, Engineering Manager and Domain Architect. What you are going to do

For you customer needs come first, so you drive the department vision, strategy and development within the entrusted product domains based on active inquiry of what our customers need. That perfectly fits into our changing environment from a financial service-oriented company to an innovative product-oriented company. Our goal is to build technological products and services that our customers love. Our product domains are at the forefront to deliver these great digital products. Within a product domain, these digital products are designed, build, and maintained to fully support our customers in their strategy and execution. This is where you come in.

With your knowledge and expertise you know how to create value in terms of problems to be solved for customers in a way that is viable for the business. You drive the development, continuously validate with your customers, and offer value every step of the way. Daily:

• Strategy and Vision Development: Determining the strategy and vision for Data & AI Services for the next 3-5 years
• You align the strategy and vision implementation with company wide Data & AI initiatives and programmes
• You ensure that the product domain is continuously delivering on the (non-)functional requirements for sound IT products (i.e., reliability, security, and compliance)
• You drive the development and management of our product domain roadmap and align this with other units, customers, experts, and stakeholders. You make sure that the solutions are on par regarding Desirability, Feasibility and Viability
• You know how to create a space and environment, where people are empowered to build the best products for our customer, creating a safe environment for people to learn and grow and thrive as professionals within an existing work environment
• You guide product delivery, quality, and practices within your team, while being responsible for managing, monitoring, and reporting on the overall budget for your product domain

• At least 10 years of operational experience and knowledge of Data & AI

There is no relocation budget available for this role and we are looking for someone currently living in The Netherlands.

Who you will work with

Enterprise Business Technology enables digital frictionless journeys for our internal and external customers via standardised digital platforms. As Product Manager you are responsible for the Data & AI product domain. You work with the Enterprise Architect and the Product Domain Architect(s) to build the product roadmap and you rely on the engineering managers to hire the right engineers and to mentor these engineers to develop the right skills. In collaboration with the BSO you will ensure that our products are secure and compliant.
