Product Manager AI/ML is a senior product management role focused on defining and managing an AI/GenAI development platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, experience with product management in a technical environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for setting the platform's vision, managing its lifecycle, and ensuring its alignment with business objectives.

• Define and communicate the strategic vision for AI/GenAI development platforms aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop a dynamic roadmap for platform evolution, prioritizing features based on emerging AI trends and team feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and ensure platform capabilities meet business needs.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and timely updates.
• Provide technical guidance on development best practices and support a range of AI activities from data processing to deployment.
• Lead user training initiatives and create comprehensive documentation to enhance platform proficiency among internal teams.
• Monitor platform performance continuously and iterate on enhancements based on user feedback and technological advancements.
• Foster effective communication across teams to encourage platform adoption and drive collaborative success.

You have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
• 10-15 years of experience as a Product Manager or Owner, preferably in AI/ML or technology platforms
• Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and development processes
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience in managing AI/ML platforms or tools
• Familiarity with software development and data science workflows
• Leadership experience in a technical product management role
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans
