We are seeking a brilliant and ambitious Product Manager to take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery. You will lead cross-functional efforts to define MVPs, iterate based on real-time telemetry, and drive product-market fit across multiple cloud service providers and AI workload profiles.
What you’ll do:
Deliver PRDs based on real-time user telemetry, workload performance insights, and feedback loops from Neocloud, Hyperscalers and CSP partners — moving beyond high-level TAM/SOM to support iterative, MVP-based development.
Define Epic, Feature, Capability, user Stories and work closely with the EPM and dev team on sprint planning and refinements for the product.
Product Strategy: Develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned with broader business goals, including the definition of MVPs with a technical focus on infrastructure, and enable workload orchestration across multi-cloud architectures.
Market Research and Business Case: Conduct ongoing industry research, competitive analysis, and technology assessment to identify opportunities and build investment cases.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer across multiple ICPs — including CSP partners, and IT admins — by gathering and analyzing feedback to guide product decisions. Effectively articulate product value and use cases to diverse stakeholders such as C-level executives, Line-of-Business Leaders, Architects, Developers, and IT Admins.
Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a stage-gated MVP roadmap tied to release demos, onboarding cycles, and strategic deliverables with cloud service provider (CSP) partners — clearly outlining the vision, timelines, and priorities for features and improvements.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to assess product performance and guide future direction.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep senior leadership and stakeholders informed about product status, challenges, and opportunities.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Support go-to-market efforts through cloud marketplaces (e.g., AWS, Azure), CSP channels, and direct onboarding workflows tailored for AI developers and IT teams. This includes CLI-to-GUI onboarding paths and OEM/CSP partner GTM tracks that are central to the success of FlexAI.
Product Packaging: Define and operationalize packaging strategies aligned with our WaaS model — including GPU-sliced SKUs, job-based metered pricing, and multi-tenant billing — with licensing structures compatible with major cloud service providers.
Industry Presence: Support brand-building through targeted thought leadership tied to key launch milestones — such as public demos, partner co-presentations, or GTM events. This is secondary to product delivery but can amplify visibility when aligned with strategic objectives.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Domain Experience, Basic Qualification:
Technical & Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of compute, storage, and network infrastructure for AI — including fractional GPU compute (e.g., MIG, time-slicing), GPU inference orchestration, and multi-cloud VM infrastructure.
Strong grasp of cloud computing, distributed systems, and AI/ML technologies — including multitenancy, IAM, RBAC, distributed storage, and monitoring — with specific focus on AI workload types such as inference, fine-tuning, and VM-as-a-Service (VMaaS) patterns. Familiarity with AI inference orchestration (e.g., vLLM) and multi-cloud deployment is essential.
User Journey: Design and drive end-to-end experiences across product maturity — to include GUI, RBAC, admin dashboards, and cloud marketplace flows for IT teams and CSP partners.
Experience as product Manager with Hyperscalars (MSFT, Huawei, OCI, Meta, AWS, GCP) or NeoCloud CSPs (Sesterces, OVHCloud, Lambda, Scaleway, Clever Cloud, Outscale, coreweave etc) is preferred
Experience & Qualifications:
8+ years plus experience in product management.
5+ years of experience launching cloud computing/AI/tech products from concept to market in cross-functional teams.
Master's degree in relevant tech. field (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent).
Knowledge and practices on different cloud environments (Hyperscalars, CSP, OnPrem …)
Preferred Bonus Skills
Experience with AI inference engines (e.g., vLLM), GPU scheduling (e.g., MIG), and multi-tenant workload orchestration.
Background in startup, high-growth environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Track record of successfully launching and scaling AI or cloud-based solutions.
