Role

We're looking for an Product Manager with an AI-first mindset to help build innovative HR products. The ideal candidate is someone who's been actively tinkering with AI tools or Data Science to transform everyday HR tasks. While prior product management experience is not required, a strong HR background combined with hands-on experience in applying AI to solve real-world problems is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of AI-powered HR products from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that enhance HR efficiency and user experience.
• Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and shape the future of HR.

Requirements

• Strong background in HR, with hands-on experience using AI or Data Science to improve HR processes.
• Passion for innovation and solving real-world HR challenges with AI-driven solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
