This role will focus on leading the product strategy and execution to drive Voxel's innovative offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
What You’ll Do
Assist in establishing and communicating Voxel's product vision and roadmap, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Sales to help develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap that prioritizes features to meet evolving customer needs.
Participate in customer research initiatives to ensure the product meets market demands, including competitive analysis, market sizing, and strategic alignment.
Help manage the release and update of features, ensuring seamless rollouts and effective communication with key customers and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the customer discovery process, continually evaluating product-market fit to enhance the product's value proposition.
Assist in establishing and monitoring core metrics to measure feature usage and effectiveness, mapping impact to key business goals to ensure the team delivers maximum customer value.
Regularly analyze product performance and support strategies to meet company goals and targets.
Contribute to creating and implementing go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with the product.
Qualifications
6+ Years of Experience in Product ManagementProven track record in managing and delivering successful products.
Extensive experience in building and scaling complex software products.
Ability to comprehend complex product functionalities, design considerations, and technical issues.
Demonstrated success in defining, building, and monitoring a customer-centric dashboard product.
Ability to think strategically and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment.
Experience leading and building a high-performing product team.
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as external customers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation.
