Description

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our product team and lead the Signal Optimization product. Your mission will be to optimize our predictions orchestration layer to maximize Voyantis’ impact on Ad-Networks (such as Google and Meta), and build our internal platform for solution engineers that will automate and simplify the POC process.

Our ideal candidates are excited by performance marketing, and have the ability to dive into the technical details of API integrations while finding simple solutions to complex problems, using top-notch UX and microcopy to easily explain advanced concepts. They are great communicators and empathetic to their customers, allowing them to identify pains that are begging to be resolved and that correlate with strong business potential.

Responsibilities

  • Optimizing Voynatis’ orchestration layer and responsibility to Ad-Networks’ new and existing integrations
  • Leading the formalization of our internal platform to manage POCs
  • Work together with engineers, data scientists, customer-success, solution engineers, UX design, and other key stakeholders in the company, along the product life-cycle.
  • Define metrics, analyze usage patterns, and solve problems that block us from reaching our goals
  • Navigate in a fast-growing startup, where product development and business requirements are rapidly evolving

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B SAAS product 
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Growth, Performance Marketing or advertising company
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex requirements in a precise and clear manner
  • Great leadership skills with a high sense of ownership and decision-making skills
  • English proficiency is a must

Bonus Points 

  • Experience as a data-analyst - a major advantage
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products selling to enterprises
