We’re looking for a mission-driven Product Manager to lead the roadmap for Julian—our AI-powered voice agent that handles inbound leads autonomously and never drops the ball. Julian combines the latest in voice synthesis, LLM reasoning, and systems design to bring the best SDR you've ever worked with to life.
Your job will be to take Julian from an elite prototype to a category-defining product. You’ll define strategy, shape the roadmap, and work closely with Engineering, Sales, and the CEO to deliver an incredible user experience at scale. Own the Vision: Define and evolve the product strategy for Julian in alignment with company priorities
Drive Execution: Ship fast by working closely with engineering, design, and sales teams
Customer Obsessed: Conduct user interviews, listen to calls, gather feedback, and translate it into clear product requirements
Voice + LLM UX: Design novel user experiences powered by real-time voice models and large language reasoning
Metrics & Feedback Loops: Build the analytics and performance frameworks that drive iteration and optimization
4+ years of product management experience in high-growth tech companies
Strong track record of owning 0–1 product launches or scaling high-complexity systems
Comfortable working with engineers and researchers on cutting-edge AI/ML systems
Deep curiosity about voice UX, LLMs, or conversational interfaces
Strong communicator who can align technical teams and commercial stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset—you bias toward action and rapid learning
Experience building or selling B2B sales tools (Sales Ops, RevOps, CRO, etc.)
Background in speech technology, NLP, or real-time communication systems
Former founder or experience at an early-stage AI startup
