Product Designer, Advertiser AI experiences Responsibilities
- Develop and establish a cohesive design strategy across multiple Meta ads products and surfaces.
- Drive design prioritization and execution, keeping up teams momentum to meet accelerated timelines.
- Act as a key cross-functional lead accountable for the success of the initiative, leaning into workstream-level operations and processes when needed.
- Influence and drive alignment on product direction across multiple large organizations and extended cross-functional partners.
- Represent design work, clearly and crisply articulating design progress and direction in various leadership-visible forums (e.g. VP-level reviews, internal posts)
- Guide and mentor multiple adjacent designers working on the initiative and related areas.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of industry experience as a Product or Interaction Designer
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates a breadth of visual design and interaction design skills
- Experience working in a technical and highly cross-functional environment
- Experience working with research and data to drive decision making
- Experience communicating and storytelling across multiple audiences
- Experience of thinking through challenging problems, and building zero-to-one solutions
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design
- Proven experience in scoping, developing and implementing strategies and plans that increase impact
