We are seeking to hire a Product Analyst responsible for developing and constructing automated conversational workflows with customers, leveraging data insights. This role also involves analyzing performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities. You will be expected to perform in-depth analytical tasks, and exhibit a sophisticated understanding of our system.
You will have the chance to impact our product at a very early stage, by analyzing the customer’s data and policy and turning it into complicated service flows, as well as overseeing the automated support system that we build as a whole.
