As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s sourcing, vendor management, and cost-saving initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure we get the best value and quality from our suppliers while maintaining compliance and supporting Pareto’s growth.

Analyze and forecast procurement needs based on business objectives and budget plans.
Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate reporting, contract compliance, and timely payments.
Maintain procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
Conduct market research to identify new sources of supply and alternative products.
Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Preferably 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain analytics.
Strong analytical and Excel skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and supplier management.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices is a plus.
