About the role:

We are looking for a Process Optimization & Automation Lead to build, optimize, and automate business processes across the company. In this role, you will deep dive into complex workflows, map dependencies, and design scalable automation solutions—all while getting hands-on with system implementation.

In the early days, you will roll up your sleeves and directly work within the system, designing and implementing the most critical workflows. Over time, you will strategize and build a team of experts dedicated to precision, efficiency, and process excellence. This is an opportunity to leverage frontier LLMs and automation technologies in a fast-paced fintech, ensuring that workflows are dynamic, scalable, and fully integrated into the company’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1.Hands-on Process Mapping & Optimization

• Get into the weeds of high-impact, complex business processes, mapping workflows, dependencies, and pain points.
• Identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows for automation, standardization, and scalability.
• Work directly within the system to configure, implement, and test automated processes.

2. Automation & Implementation

• Translate business needs into structured workflows and automation rules.
• Implement solutions using workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda, low-code platforms, APIs, or AI-powered solutions).
• Ensure the system dynamically guides users based on real-time data, business logic, and decision models.

3. Scaling & Team Building

• Develop a long-term automation roadmap for process efficiency at scale.
• Build and lead a team of process analysts who are detail-obsessed and tech-friendly.
• Foster a culture of precision, efficiency, and problem-solving within the team.

4. Business & Technology Alignment

• Act as the bridge between business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring process automation supports real business needs.
• Collaborate with engineers and data teams to enhance system capabilities for automation and process intelligence.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Must-Have:

• 3-5 years of experience in business process automation, workflow optimization, or operations transformation.
• A hands-on mindset with a willingness to dive into complex workflows, analyze dependencies, and implement solutions.
• Strong ability to map, document, and optimize business processes.
• Exposure to automation technologies, low-code tools, APIs, or workflow engines (Camunda, Power Automate, etc.).
• Experience working in tech-driven environments and collaborating with engineering teams.
• A passion for efficiency, precision, and automation-driven solutions.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience working in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
• Understanding of data structures, APIs, or scripting for automation.
