Your Role:

 

As a Process Mining & AI Specialist (all genders), your primary responsibility is to leverage advanced process mining technologies, AI, and Generative AI to extract, analyze, and visualize process data. You will drive critical business insights that lead to optimizing operational efficiency. Your role involves configuring process mining tools and translating raw data into actionable strategies that yield measurable business improvements. You will also support GenAI projects aimed at supply chain optimization and contribute to broader data mining initiatives. Collaborating with all functions within the Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) and the Analytics Center of Excellence, you will ensure that data-driven innovation is at the forefront of strategic decision-making. Your expertise in process mining tools, such as Palantir Machinery and Celonis, will be essential. You will employ AI tools for predictive analytics and automation, particularly in supply chain and operations. You must have strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Additionally, effective communication and project management skills are crucial, as you will manage multiple priorities and deadlines while presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.

 

Who You Are:

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in process mining, advanced data analysis, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with process mining tools (e.g., Palantir Machinery, Celonis).
  • Proficient in AI/GenAI tools for predictive analytics and automation, especially in supply chain and operations.
  • Skilled in programming languages such as Python and R.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (preferably Tableau).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
