Job Description: 

• Sustain Existing PSB/Systems Designs
• Assist with new PCB/Systems design efforts.
• Assist with new PCB/Systems debug efforts.
• Be the India representative for the SiMa Systems team.
• Work with local PCB Fab/Assembly/Rework companies to build, rework boards.
• Details oriented and is highly accountable.
• Curious, creative and good at solving problems.
• Execution and results-oriented
• Self-driven
• Good presentation and communication skills

• Ability to assist with the PCB initial design, bringup and testing.
• Ability to Review PCB schematics and Layout (Orcad/Allegro, Altium etc.)
• Ability to correlate simulations vs measurements.

• Working knowledge of Linux

• Knowledge of SI/PI to assist in Post Layout Analysis (Tools like HSpice, ADS, Ansys etc.)
• Linux scripting (Bash, Python etc.)
• Some PCB DFT/DFM knowledge

• BS In Electrical or Electronics or equivalent with 12 years of related work experience, or MS with 8 years of experience minimum

The annual salary for this position ranges from $220,000 - $285,000. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skills, prior experiences, qualifications, expertise, work location, total target compensation, training, company needs, and current market demands. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future.
