Job Title: Principal Software Applications Engineer Job Location: Bangalore, India Job ID: AI2329 Roles and responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Guide and support customers through their design cycle from concept to production
Manage technical support issues within the customer base.
Responsible for supporting customers adopt and optimize machine learning applications targeting SiMa.ai’s MLSoC and ML IP
Run and analyze ML workloads on existing popular frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
Work with partners to support joint solutions for customers as appropriate.
Desired background, qualifications, and skills:
PhD + 5 to 8 years, MS + 8 to 11 years, BS + 12 to 15 years
BS/MS in Computer Science, Data science or another related field with 12+ years of experience developing/supporting complex vision, image or video processing applications for embedded platforms.
5+ years' experience in machine learning and training deep neural networks, including a strong background in several applications of deep learning such as object recognition, object detection, semantic segmentation, etc.
3+ year experience in hardware architectures, specifically ML accelerators, ML SoCs or similar.
Strong C, C++, Assembly, Python Coding Skills
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and ONNX.
Demonstrated experience in the fundamentals, practical application, and best practices of AI.
Strong communication skills
