We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Tech to own our homegrown Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) product and our GAI program to bring this technology into all our 1P products (Amazon Approvals, Contract Central among others). We focus on how GAI can add value for our customers, and ideas to bring tangible innovation in our products. In this role, you will define the vision for GAI in Legal Tech products and translate that into tangible value for our customers! You will get monthly visibility with leaders on your work to drive continuous alignment on your vision and implementation. You will collaborate with software development teams to plan and execute software projects from start to finish working with teams in the agile software model. You will be responsible for working directly with customers to understand their problems, design solutions and define requirements for your engineering team that will resolve your customer's problems, and prioritize work aligned to your tool's vision and goals. This role allows for a high degree of ownership of the solutions you launch and the ability to make positive change every day in your customer's work life!Key job responsibilities- Develop product strategy and vision. Build and track product roadmap, features, milestones, and dependencies.- Own OP1 for your product and the GAI program overall. - Write detailed business requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories for features in the roadmap.- Drive and gain consensus and buy-in for the product strategy, vision, and roadmap from partner teams through collaboration, communication, and negotiation that effectively influences peers, stakeholders, and senior management.- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and prioritize features on the roadmap that align with the product strategy and vision.- Work closely with the Software Development Manager and engineering team to deliver roadmap commitments on time.- Drive recurring product launches including documentation, communication, and ensuring timely adoption of new features and solutions.- Own frequent, meaningful updates to product stakeholders and senior management.About the teamLegal Tech creates and supports solutions and services for Legal and our customers in the business. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
