Newton Research is a fast-growing software start-up founded by repeat entrepreneurs and well-funded by blue chip venture capital firms.  We are building the next generation of the closed loop media lifecycle, developing AI agents that leverage the latest in LLMs and generative AI with specialized knowledge.  Our products to generate actionable business insights for our customers and partners, assisting in each step of the media planning, buying and measurement lifecycle.

The challenge you will own

As Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision for Newton’s agentic workflows and leading the roadmap that brings these capabilities to life.   Your job will be at the nexus of cutting edge generative AI applications and the reinvention of the paid‑media stack.  You will be collaborating with media analysts and senior executives at our customers while partnering with our engineering and data science teams to deliver on that vision.  This isn’t about ticking off feature requests—it’s about turning a vision of autonomous, analyst‑grade AI agents into products the industry can’t live without, from first whiteboard sketch to market‑wide adoption.

What you will do

  • Deeply understand customer workflows through direct discovery, data, and experimentation; translate insights into clear product requirements and hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success on positioning, packaging, and GTM plans that accelerate adoption and retention.
  • Rapid‑prototype new agent capabilities, demo them to customers weekly, and iterate relentlessly based on quantitative usage data and qualitative feedback.
  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from concept to launch to iteration—tracking KPIs and usage analytics to inform prioritization.
  • Lead cross‑functional squads, driving crisp execution in an agile product development lifecycle.
  • Partner with data science to develop marketing science applications and deliver on customer needs

What makes you a great fit

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years building data, analytics, or AI/ML products at scale.
  • Passion for media, martech/adtech domains and applications
  • Proven ability to define and communicate a product vision and then execute cross‑functionally.
  • Comfort with statistical analysis and modern ML concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you simplify complexity, influence customers, and inspire teams.
