Job Description:

Roles & responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Python & C/C++ based applications and tools for Pallet SDK.
• Architect robust Docker-based solutions
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate software components seamlessly and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Conduct in-depth code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive improvements in software quality and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in Python and C/C++ programming and software development, with a strong track record of delivering scalable solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and inspire team members.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in software engineering practices.

• Deep expertise in Docker containers, container orchestration (e.g Kubernetes, Fargate, ECS), and cloud-native technologies
• Proven proficiency in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Experience with GStreamer pipelines for multimedia processing is highly desirable.
