Job Location:       Riverwoods, Illinois

Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties: Provides thought leadership & strategic thinking to translate business problem into analytical framework(s) and independently recommend actions and provide business insights. Operates as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application, and financial impact analysis. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in an Analytics or Data Science-related occupation.

Position required skills: 

Position requires experience in the following: Programming language such as SAS or SQL or Snowflake; Perform Data Analytics on large volume of datasets using SAS, SQL or Snowflake; MIS Reporting using Excel or Tableau tool; and Managing consumer banking data and developing business insight.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $138,715.00 to $182,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
