Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor specialized in design and delivery of Data, Analytics & AI Platform based on Oracle Cloud:

  • Lead and manage Data Transformation projects, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to define strategic initiatives on the Oracle Cloud Platform.
  • Act as a key architectural and technical consultant, owning the design and development of solutions that enable customers to fully leverage Oracle Cloud, particularly its Analytics services.
  • Implement advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions, ensuring superior customer experiences by aligning results with the client's business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, both technical and non-technical, to deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Engage proactively with customers to ensure service needs are fulfilled and deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • Leverage deep customer insights to provide competitive advantages through Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Partner with other business units (e.g., Sales, Presales, Client Success Managers) to expand services for existing clients and engage new customers.
  • Continuously develop and maintain expertise in Oracle products and services, staying ahead of advancements in the evolving Cloud platform.
  • Contribute actively to the internal Oracle community by sharing knowledge and building Consulting Intellectual Property assets.

     

Desired Technical Skills & Experience

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in the successful implementation of Analytics and AI solutions, with a strong focus on Cloud architectures.
  • Extensive expertise in Oracle technologies.
  • In-depth understanding of Data Warehousing and Lakehouse architectures, including design and implementation.
  • Proficient in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, and Data Integration.
  • Significant experience in Data Management within complex environments, along with expertise in leading ETL tools such as ODI and Informatica.
  • Experience in designing and developing highly interactive reports and dashboards using leading BI tools is a plus.
  • Experience with full lifecycle development projects, particularly with Oracle database technologies, is an added advantage.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
  • Advanced proficiency in AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
  • Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex AI and data analytics projects in client-facing environments.
  • Experience with MLOps and large-scale AI deployment, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, is a plus.
