You Are: A seasoned Technical Program Manager with a solid history in both product management and engineering management, now poised to channel that experience into a pivotal program management role. Your expertise spans AI, cloud-native technologies, and your proven ability to navigate complex technical landscapes makes you the ideal candidate to program manage our General AI CoE and General AI Platform teams forward.


What You’ll Be Doing: 
  • Leading and managing the execution of technical programs focused on Generative AI and cloud-native technologies.
  • Partnering with senior leadership to align technical program objectives with strategic goals and vision.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define technical program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical program plans that incorporate AI and cloud-native solutions.
  • Driving effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and support.
  • Monitoring technical program progress and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the technical program management function.
  • Staying current with industry trends and advancements in AI and cloud-native technologies to enhance program delivery.
  • Partnering with Cloud Vendors and AI technology providers to drive innovative solutions.

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager with a background and prior experience in product management.
  • Experience with AI and cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Strong project and product management skills with a track record of managing complex technical programs.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in a technical management role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • BS/MS with 8+ years of relevant experience in managing large-scale technical programs, specifically with AI and cloud technologies.
  • BS with 10+ years, MS with 10+ years, or Ph.D. with 5+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Agile development methodology practices are required.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $178,000-$268,000 annually. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
