Main scope of the rol

The team concerned builds, deploys, operates, and develops the application & solutions hosted on the PowerPlatform of the Company.

The candidate:

• will be responsible for a set of functional and technical solutions in terms of maintenance in operational conditions, evolution, performance, optimization, obsolescence, and cybersecurity, all in compliance with the strategic orientations of the PowerPlaform development in the Company and remaining attentive to the market (technology watch: roadmap, anticipation of change, rise of OS, version, library) and business needs
• will manage the service offer on the perimeter covered by those solutions: namely, coordinate the service and application offer supporting the solutions, manage the provision of services around the solutions and maintain them in operational conditions
• depending on their size, would manage projects;

Responsabilities & tasks:

Business support

• Animate the network / community of Citizen Dev working with PowerPlatform
• Ensure the evolution of development service offers related to PowerPlatform, promote its usage
• Answer request from business in term of support
• Manage Business relationships related to PowerPlatform

Activity management

• In charge of managing routine maintenance, evolutions and projects on the tools/applications on Powerplatform with the contractors
• Supervise/Coordinate contractors or internal teams for the support of the solution or perform the tasks themselves
• Monitor the objectives of its perimeter in terms of quality, performance, deadlines and safety (KPI)
• Participate in the contracting
• Control the effectiveness of contractors' achievements
• Supervise planning, expenses and budgets
• Ensure the reporting of the activity
• Supervise technological watch and promote innovation

• Large deployment of Premium licenses and so increase of applications to come
• Deploy proximity and agile methodology with internal customers

Candidate's profile

• 5 years of experience in IS
• Has an high client orientation;
• Has to have a good relationship with users, good listening and ability to communicate.
• Ability to work in transversal mode in complex environment/organization.

Educational Background:Master degree (in IS field)

Relevant Experience & projects

• Experience in contractor management
• AGILE methods experience

Technical skills - tools & technologies

• Good knowledge of business application lifecycle in cloud environements ;
• Good knowledge of PowerPlaform and Office 365
• Knowledge of project and process (ITIL) management + Agile methodology
• General understanding of cybersecurity, IT architecture and Data management
