■職務内容/ Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities) 電気系または機構系または製造/生産関連の業務経験を活用して、PlayStation製品を修理するために必要な以下の業務をお任せします。 修理を行う方が修理をしやすい環境やツール、情報の提供を行います。   ・修理治具の開発 ・サービスマニュアルの作成（回路図確認、分解組み立て等） ・テクニカルメモの作成（部品の互換性等、作業指示書等） ・技術情報の作成（基板修理情報） ・SIEの他部署やリージョンメンバーからの問い合わせ対応   ■組織・職場紹介 / About team and organization 全15名でPlayStation製品の修理サポート、品質FB、修理部品供給等を行っている部署です。 修理をするために必要な治具の開発、サービスマニュアル作成、過去の修理データを機械学習させてその結果を基に故障個所を予測するAIの開発にも取り組んでいます。 月次定例、年次開催のGlobal Meeting、海外リージョンの修理拠点訪問を通じて、製品知識向上と修理技術の吸収にも取り組めます。 海外リージョンのメンバーとも密にコミュニケーションを取りながら、SIEのビジネス拡大に貢献して頂けるメンバーの参加をお待ちしています。   ■求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications 【必須（MUST）】 ・部品検索システムの利用と、BOMの構成が理解できること 以下1または2のいずれか必須 1：電気設計業務、または機構設計業務のご経験 （電気系の知識があり回路図が読めること、または機構系の知識がありメカCADが操作できること） 2：製品の製造/生産に関連する何らかの業務のご経験   【歓迎（WANT）】 ・製品修理業務のご経験 ・製造事業所とのやりとりのご経験   ■求める人物像 /Personality ・技術的な好奇心を持ち、前向きに課題解決に取り組める方 ・リージョンメンバーとコミュニケーションして、グローバルな業務を積極的に進めることが出来る方 ・関係する部署を巻き込み、円滑かつ前向きに業務をリードしていただける方   ■語学力 / Language Skills 【英語】 ・読み書き以上の英語力 ※ 英語でのテキストコミュニケーションや資料作成が日常的に発生します。 【日本語】 ・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上）
