About the Role:
As a People operations executive at Vyro, you will be responsible for implementing people programs including onboarding, offboarding, employee performance and engagement and employee recognition. You will be the primary point of contact for employee queries, handle employee grievances and gather valuable feedback through surveys and pulse checks. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will develop and implement strategies that promote the Vyro culture.
What You'll Do:

  • Onboard new hires and set them up for success from day 1 as soon as they sign with Vyro.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and greviances and provide support and guidance to employees at all levels.
  • Payroll Processing. Addition of New Joiners, Leavers, Bonus & Increment Information in Monthly Pay Templates.
  • Keeping the Leave Trackers, WFH Trackers & Employee Directory Up to Date.
  • Employee Registration for IPD/OPD. Medical Claims Processing.
  • Managing EOBI & Provident Fund.
  • End to End Management of Employee Off Boarding.
  • Develop and implement culture strategies in close collaboration with the leadership.
  • Execution of Performance Management Process.

What We're Looking For:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; HR degree or certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Usage(Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in a tech start up environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
