  • Partner with leadership on career development, learning initiatives, and high-potential talent strategies.
  • Manage and drive performance management cycles, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and formal reviews.
  • Support managers in developing high-performing teams, coaching them on delivering feedback and handling underperformance.
  • Collaborate with leaders to implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) when needed.
  • Promote a feedback-driven, high-performance culture across the organization.
  • Partner with regional People & Finance teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits aligned with Tabby’s philosophy.
  • Advise on salary reviews, promotions, and internal movements to ensure fairness and alignment with market benchmarks.
  • Stay informed of market trends and insights to recommend enhancements to compensation and benefits packages.
  • Lead annual salary and bonus review processes, ensuring transparency and alignment with business performance.
  • Manage employee relations matters (grievances, investigations, conflicts), ensuring fair and compliant outcomes aligned with Egyptian labor law and Tabby policies.
  • Lead and improve onboarding, offboarding, and HR lifecycle processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging employee experience.
  • Ensure local HR processes are aligned with regional/global HR programs, policies, and best practices.
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
  • Partner with managers and employees to enhance workplace culture, recognition programs, and employee well-being.
  • Conduct regular engagement surveys and action planning based on feedback to improve team morale and satisfaction.
  • Drive initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) across the Egypt team.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, turnover, engagement, and performance.
  • Lead or participate in local and regional HR projects, including change management, organizational development, and scaling initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth company (experience in tech or fintech is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong coaching and consulting skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in talent management, performance management, organizational development, and employee relations.
