We are currently looking for a People Data Scientist to join us in our HQ Hub based in Warsaw, reporting into the Global People Data Analytics Lead.

In this role you will focus on analyzing data related to human resources and employee management, drive predictive analytics projects.

What you’ll do:

• Use statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze employee data.
• Designing, develop and maintain APIs between different platforms (e.g. Python, Java), particularly for reporting and analytics purposes
• Identify trends and patterns related to employee performance, engagement, and retention.
• Build predictive models to forecast employee turnover and other key metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to improved People& Culture strategies and decision-making.
• Develop visualizations to make complex data easily understandable.
• Work closely with P&C community across the markets to understand their data needs.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration.

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analytics and working with large datasets, preferably within HR or a related domain.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience parsing JSON responses into meaningful and useful data for visualization specialists.
• Experience in designing logical and efficient data storage and organization solutions.
• Experience in data visualization software (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
