People Admin Coordinator (f/m/d)

Starting date: as soon as possible
Our compensation package: €50,000 - €55,000 yearly salary, up to €20,000 in equity. Additionally up to €5,000 p.a. in company benefits.

Your role

As we embark on an exciting new chapter of growth and expansion, we're seeking a talented People Admin Coordinator / HR Admin Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of our People functions, from payroll processing to employment contracts, visa applications, relocation planning, and more.

You'll experience a challenging environment that fosters professional growth, with opportunities to develop new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and advance your career.

You will be part of our People & Culture team and report directly to Maria Teresa (Marisa), our Senior People Business Partner.


Your day-to-day 


As you grow with us, you'll become a:

  • Payroll Maestro - collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a timely, accurate and scalable payroll process.

  • Contract Architect - setting up and maintaining employment contracts that comply with local laws and regulations.

  • Global Mobility Guru - supporting international employees in navigating the complexities of visa applications and renewals, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.

  • Relocation Rockstar - supervising relocation planning and people operations logistics in collaboration with our EOR partner, Lano.

  • Data Custodian - maintaining our equity registry, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Meeting Mastermind - coordinating calibration meeting schedules and logistics, providing the necessary tools and materials to fuel our teams' success.

Operational Experience

  • First experience in People Operations / HR Administration (e.g. as a working student or intern), ideally in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Passion for People operations / HR Admin work

  • Ability to stay organized whilst handling multiple tasks at the same time

  • Proactive problem-solving approach

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work in an open space office environment (quiet open space office is available)

Communication

  • Fluency in German and English: both spoken and written

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding across various personalities, backgrounds, and cultural differences
