As a Post Sales Manager at Sardine, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with partners and customers and ensuring business growth. In this role, you will develop partner programs, manage strategic customer accounts, and deliver measurable results by aligning Sardine’s technology with partners' and customers' needs. Your expertise in fintech, fraud prevention, payments, and compliance will be essential to achieving success in both partnership enablement and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

Partnership Management:

  • Develop and execute strategies to cultivate reseller and integrated partners, generating new sales leads and fostering long-term collaborations.

  • Lead solution design sessions with partners and their customers, ensuring alignment with Sardine’s product capabilities and driving seamless integrations.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key partners and customers, managing the entire lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring successful adoption of Sardine’s solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, risk analytics, marketing, and sales, to enable partners and customers to achieve their goals and maximize the value of Sardine's products.

  • Support partners in enabling their sales teams to close new customers, providing technical expertise and assisting in the sales process as needed.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, addressing both day-to-day needs and larger business challenges, while driving long-term ROI and success for both partners and customers.

  • Advise on best practices related to fraud, compliance, payments, and risk management, leveraging your knowledge to provide strategic recommendations.

  • Monitor and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to customers and partners, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and goals.

  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on product development, feature enhancements, and market trends based on insights gathered from partners and customers.

  • Participate in quarterly business reviews with critical partners and customers, aligning on joint business plans and long-term strategies.

  • Lead the resolution of complex problems by coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, translating customer requirements into actionable solutions.

Qualifications for the Role:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, or solutions architecture

  • Expertise in payments, fraud prevention, identity solutions, compliance, or related fintech sectors, with strong knowledge of API integrations and software stacks.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use SQL for data analysis and generate insights that drive business decisions.

  • Proven experience managing partner and customer relationships, with a track record of delivering successful integrations and measurable business outcomes.

  • Ability to translate complex technical and business challenges into actionable solutions for partners and customers.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and foster strong relationships.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building programs and processes from scratch and driving them to success in less structured environments.

  • Strong project management skills, capable of synthesizing multiple inputs and delivering results in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Compensation: $160k-$190k OTE + Series B equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
