https://spin.aiAs a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with MSPs, VARs, resellers, and technology alliances to drive revenue growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the partner strategy, recruitment, enablement, and performance management.
Expectations:
- Partner Acquisition & Growth – Identify, recruit, and onboard MSPs, VARs, resellers, and technology partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy, aligning with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the development and execution of effective channel sales programs and initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and growth.
- Channel Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize agreements with channel partners, ensuring terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company's goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner efforts with company goals.
- Compliance: Ensure that channel activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Partner Enablement: Provide training, support, and resources to partners to maximize partner success.
Your Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Partner/Channel Sales in SaaS cybersecurity. Understanding of the competitors landscape.
- Proven track record of recruiting, managing, and growing partner relationships (MSPs, VARs, Resellers, or Technology Alliances).
- Ability to negotiate contracts, manage partner incentives, and drive co-marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and make strategic decisions to fuel revenue growth.
