Job Overview: 

The Partner Development Manager will be getting in on the ground floor of a sales team at a VC backed company, with a defined and robust value proposition. You will be selling our Remote Care Suite – a comprehensive program including hardware, software, clinical staffing, device management, customer service, and revenue cycle management. This individual will be working closely with the team to prospect, outreach, educate, and contract with Health Systems, Hospitals, and Primary Care Groups within their assigned territory (Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced healthcare sales professional for the role of Partner Development Manager to market and sell our Remote Care (RPM, CCM, PCM) solutions directly to medical providers and other healthcare organizations.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a book of business or sales contacts within the healthcare industry and will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with a variety of clinical leaders and business managers in targeting physician practices, hospitals and health systems.

The compensation for this role is base salary (range as noted) plus commission. This role is eligible to participate in the company commission plan in addition to base salary.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible and accountable for planning, qualifying, obtaining and managing both new and existing sales opportunities.
  • Ability to speak comfortably with new and established clients in environments ranging from cold calling prospects to maintaining active accounts.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain and provide accurate and complete records of clients and contact encounters in CRM (Hubspot)
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials.
  • Develop and deliver demonstrations of and presentations for the Brook Remote Care service suite
  • Travel throughout the assigned region, and occasionally into other regions, to provide onsite presentations to physician groups, accountable care organizations and industry conferences.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Required: 4+ years direct-to-provider or health system medical sales experience. Experience selling a consultative solution or a Primary Care service line (e.g.,
  • Demonstrated, quantifiable sales ability.
  • Self-motivated team player with good communication skills.
  • Successful history managing and expanding a large regional book of business in the medical industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
