In this role, you will
Manage 20 Latam-based partners, focusing on building long-term relationships and growing their success
Onboard new partners to ensure a smooth start and align them with our goals
Conduct regular analytics, providing timely insights and recommendations to partners
Gather, analyze, prioritize, and communicate partner feedback to inform product and support teams
Resolve partner issues in collaboration with support and product teams, ensuring efficient and satisfactory outcomes
Keep partners updated on company developments and relevant changes
Gather insights from partners about industry trends and implement market-informed strategies
It’s all about you
Proficient in Spanish (B2+)
Proficient in English (B2+)
2+ years of client-facing experience
Strong analytical mindset
Results-driven and client-focused
Excellent prioritization and deadline managementIndependent worker with solid information structuring and communication skills
Would be a plus:
2+ years of experience in account management or customer success
Familiarity with the Latam market
Experience with various CRM tools
Proficiency with analytics tools like Tableau or Amplitude
