What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience on a similar role
• Extensive experience working with EPBCS, specifically in the Financials, Workforce and Capital modules;
• Extensive experience with Financial transformation projects
• Minimum of 3 EPBCS implementations  
• Oracle EPBCS certified.

What will you do?

• Implementation & Configuration – Design, configure, and deploy Oracle EPBCS solutions, specifically within the Financials, Workforce, and Capital modules, to support financial planning and analysis.
• Business Process Optimization – Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze financial planning workflows, optimize forecasting models, and align Oracle EPBCS capabilities with business objectives.
• Data Integration & Management – Ensure seamless integration of EPBCS with ERP and other financial systems, managing data loads, validations, and reconciliation processes.
• User Training & Support – Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to enhance adoption and maximize system efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring & Enhancements – Continuously assess system performance, implement best practices, and support updates or enhancements to improve financial planning accuracy and reporting.
