The Role Expectations: You’ll have demonstrated experience in the following areas:     Client Facing Delivery & Sales  Holds overall accountability for technical strategies and architecture on a project. Leads the creation of technical and/or functional designs and implementation strategy of complex engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.     Sets & oversees technical standards and establishes best practices for project teams, overseeing compliance throughout project execution. Maintains and shares up to date knowledge about Oracle technology, the latest trends in the market, and various architectural alternatives to support solutioning and project implementation.     Architects and designs technology solutions encompassing multiple solutions and make decisions based on impact across the stack. Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the client’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.  Reviews scope, approach, timeline, effort estimates, staff plan, org chart, mobilization, and confirms projects can be delivered successfully.    Works with offshore on estimates using offshore estimation models, ensuring one source of truth and consistent estimates across deals. Leads client workshops across multiple phases of the project lifecycle, effectively consulting with management of client organizations and influencing client leadership as a trusted advisor.  Identifies issues and risks to stated business goals impacting the project, collaborates with client team to build and act upon risk mitigation plans, and escalates as appropriate.     Proactively monitors application quarterly releases to determine impact and communicates product changes, degradations, outages, end of life, and other relevant updates with clients. Influences client senior and middle management and partner senior management in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals.    Conducts technical discovery sessions including specific sessions on extensions (in collaboration with functional SAs). Conducts QA reviews across projects and ensures execution of strategies is compliant with best practices and implemented consistently across  projects. Resolves complex client technical issues by capitalizing on technical and industry experience and designing effective and elegant solutions. Collaborates with organizations across the Oracle ecosystem to ensure up to date quality solutions, endorsed by Product Management and A-Team, as applicable. Participates in readouts and orals. Contributes as a technical and/or functional resource for sales pursuits.       Technical skills:   Advanced in Oracle SaaS Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions; including experience in SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM, depending on area of  expertise) inbound and outbound capabilities as well as reporting and extensions. Advanced understanding of AI, AI agents, able to set vision & execution for AI-Driven Agents. Advanced skills in establishing and driving the strategic direction for AI, ensuring  their successful integration into workflows to optimize automation, improve decision-  making, and enhance operational efficiency in alignment with business goals.    Experience in leading projects with PaaS technologies, JET development/JavaScript frameworks such as JQuery, JQueryUI, Require, Knockout, AngularJS, React, PReact   Core Java EE Development/Architecture, Knowledge scripting tools (EL, Groovy, Xpath, Xquery, Javascript). Experience in leading projects or development of WebServices (SOAP & REST using XML/JSON Payloads).   Advanced understanding of OCI, can design and implement secure and scalable OCI architectures and optimization strategies. Expert skills in OCI governance, automation,  provisioning, security groups, and deploy compute instances, storage, and networking   components.    Expert or Advanced experience in leading and delivering the above tracks and building, maintaining, and optimizing accelerators for enterprise-wide deployments. Advanced skills in OCS Common integrations framework and extending to solve customer complex problems. Demonstrated knowledge in platforms (preferably OIC), integration  patterns, security, and processes. Can design enterprise-wide integrations strategies and  best practices. Advanced in financial, operational and custom reports with performance  optimization. Advanced skills in reporting, analytics and can develop complex BI reports with data models and bursting logic. Advanced in customizations and extensions building scalable, maintainable extensions using Visual Builder, ADF, and PaaS Solutions. Advanced understanding of OIC, VBCS, Process Cloud, ATP.    Practice Development  Leads internal practice development initiatives to improve the operation of our business every 6 months. Leads/participates in an initiative, committee, offering, or capability team and assists with developing content every 6 months. Leads business development activities and provides subject matter expertise to generate bookings.    Leads internal Oracle calls, webcasts, and events to communicate the strategic priorities of the company. May create new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands, and knowledge of competitive product offerings. Collaborates with  functional SMEs, CPs, and other COP members to develop offerings and capabilities every 6 months.     People Development   Delivers on-time performance appraisals, guides career development, and develops training and career plans for project team members and direct reports. Acts as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of project team members. Coaches direct reports and project team members to create high complexity deliverables across all phases of the project lifecycle. Coaches direct reports and project team members to complete internal practice development initiatives to improve the operation of our business. Formally and informally mentors direct reports, Analysts, Consultants, and Managers, while driving client implementation success. Assists with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for area of responsibility. May collaborate with Talent as a Talent Engagement Lead. Shadows more experienced team members and utilizes educational  opportunities to enhance coaching and mentoring of direct reports. 
  • Should have 5+ years of people management experience to include second line leadership.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
