At Qevlar AI, we build autonomous AI agents to automate Security Operations Centers (SOCs). In just one year, we’ve raised €4.5M, partnered with industry leaders like Meta, Microsoft, and Orange, and expanded from 5 to 20 team members.
We are looking for an Operations Intern to join our team. You will work directly with the Chief of Staff and collaborate with all teams across the company. You will play a critical role in optimising processes, managing projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What will you do?
Internal Processes: As the company grows, you will rethink or create processes from scratch, including:
Talent acquisition and employee onboarding
Documentation and knowledge management
Collaboration and internal communication
Office management
Strategic assets creation:
Prepare slideshows for board meetings and founders' pitches
Create and monitor reports on KPIs and operational metrics
Event Coordination:
As participants: Collaborate with the Marketing team for events where we exhibit
As hosts: Help organise external (community-building, industry events) and internal events (offsites, team-building activities)
Who you are
Master’s student or recent graduate in business, engineering, or related fields
Strong analytical, operational (Excel, slides), and communication skills
Fluent in French and English
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and excited about startup environments
Prior experience in operations, consulting, or startups is a plus
