About the role
The Operations team comprises several verticals including Customer Support, Risk and Collections. We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate primarily focused on Collections.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring timely repayments from our buyers, continuously improving internal processes to optimise our collections efforts, leveraging automation where relevant. You’ll have the opportunity to refine and automate our collections strategies across multiple jurisdictions, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and repayment rates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, optimising operations, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and optimising collections strategies across multiple markets to improve repayment rates as volume grows.
- Streamline policies, processes, and automations to enhance efficiency and address operational challenges.
- Manage key collections functions, including outreach efforts and collections queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and report on key collections metrics, ensuring SLAs are met and identifying trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross function collaboration with internal teams to streamline debt recovery efforts and processes to help Two reach its objectives.
- Ensure compliance and best practices in day-to-day operations, adjusting processes based on changes to regulation.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an operational role
- Interest and experience in building automations to drive efficiency
- Strong attention to detail - you always ensure things are running smoothly and don’t shy away from diving deep into a problem
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a plus
- Experience in payments or business lending is a plus
