About the Role:

We’re seeking an Operations Assistant to join our growing Operations team. This part-time role offers a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the potential for up to 20 hours, covering evening and weekend shifts. You will be responsible for monitoring fraud UI elements and supporting the customer support team.

As part of our dynamic operations team, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding Two’s financial ecosystem by detecting and preventing fraud, optimising credit risk exposure, and ensuring customer queries are resolved efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse transactions for potential fraud
  • Collaborate with the Risk Operations Analyst on end-to-end fraud investigations
  • Communicate with merchants to resolve fraud-related issues and handle credit escalations
  • Support customers via live chat, phone, and email
  • Work closely with the Customer Support team to provide an excellent experience for merchants and buyers

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree (with at least one year completed)
  • Available to work evening and weekend shifts
  • Proactive, confident, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Previous experience in customer support, operations, administrative roles, or relevant personal projects is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Native or fluent Norwegian speaker
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
