Job summary:
AutogenAI is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience as they implement our platform. You’ll manage the onboarding journey, drive user engagement and adoption, deliver effective training, and ensure customers reach key milestones. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating the value of AutogenAI, setting the foundation for long-term customer success and delight.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Customer Onboarding: Welcome new customers and guide them through the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition onto the AutogenAI platform.
- Project Management: Develop and execute tailored project plans for each customer, ensuring all timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
- Platform Configuration: Configure the AutogenAI platform to meet each customer’s unique requirements, ensuring they experience immediate value.
- Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive onboarding training, including Foundations and Advanced sessions, via virtual or in-person formats, ensuring users are confident in using the platform.
- Customer Engagement: Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation process, addressing any concerns and ensuring customers feel supported at every step.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a smooth handover and continuous communication, enabling a cohesive customer experience.
- Customer Communication: Maintain regular contact with customers to provide updates on new platform releases, answer questions, and address any issues that arise.
- Customer Handover: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to Customer Success, setting the stage for long-term engagement.
What you'll bring to the team:

- Technical Acumen: Ability to quickly learn and understand the AutogenAI platform and configure it to meet customer requirements.
Requirements
- Customer Engagement: Proven track record of delivering exceptional onboarding experiences and managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering training and presentations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with sales, customer success, and product teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (previous startup or consulting experience preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in an onboarding, implementation, or customer success role.
- Start-Up Experience: Previous experience leading onboarding projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- AI Software Knowledge: Familiarity with AI software and applications.
- Bid-Writing Industry Exposure: Understanding of the bid-writing space, including industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

- Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $114,000 gross per annum, depending on specific experience and qualifications relevant to the role.
