The Role

We are seeking an Operations Generalist to join our team at our Sunnyvale office. This role will focus on managing the shipping and logistics of Coram hardware products. The position involves handling and moving computers, so candidates must be comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing up to 55 lbs.

In addition to shipping and logistics, this role will include office management responsibilities and overseeing the general day-to-day operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flash software onto Coram hardware products.
• Assemble Coram computers and install hardware peripherals.
• Oversee the shipping and receiving of inventory.
• Track and manage inventory levels of cameras and mounts.
• Assist with HR and office operations as needed.
• Organize the warehouse to maximize space and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Highly organized with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, or inventory management is preferred.
• Strong intrinsic motivation and a willingness to work hard, including occasional long hours and weekends.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 lbs.
• Must be available for on-site work at our Sunnyvale HQ.

This position may start as a contract role, with the potential to transition to full-time, or could begin as a full-time position based on the candidate's qualifications and fit.
