We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book, check on, & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, shippers, warehouses, & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.

We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and we’re growing very fast, on track to hit double digit ARR by June this year.

About the role

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our San Francisco office, ensuring everything runs efficiently while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. You’ll handle daily operations, office logistics, and team support—helping create an environment where employees can do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and functional workspace.

  • Act as the go-to person for all office-related needs, from supplies to facility management.

  • Manage vendor relationships, including office supplies, catering, IT services, and maintenance.

  • Coordinate office events, team lunches, and celebrations to promote a vibrant company culture.

  • Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for executives and teams.

  • Ensure a welcoming office environment for employees, guests, and partners.

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as expense reports, mail handling, and document organization.

  • Partner with leadership to implement policies and processes that improve office efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years as an Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You love keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Problem-Solver: You take initiative and find solutions before problems arise.

  • People-Centric: You create a welcoming, engaging office environment for employees.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using office management tools (Google Suite, Slack, Notion, etc.).

  • Proactive & Flexible: Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
